1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bhayani Innovations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Bhayani Innovations provides AI automation solutions, including but not limited to AI chatbots, WhatsApp Business automation, workflow automation, and custom integrations (the "Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

When utilizing our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary for the execution of the project.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of any credentials provided by us for accessing the delivered systems.
• Use the provided automation systems in compliance with WhatsApp Business policies, local laws, and regulations.
• Not use our Services to send unsolicited messages (spam), engage in illegal activities, or violate the rights of third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-built components used by Bhayani Innovations remain our exclusive property. Upon full payment for a project, the client receives a license to use the custom automation workflows and configurations developed specifically for their business. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bhayani Innovations retains the right to reuse underlying automation logic for other projects.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing for custom automation projects will be detailed in a formal proposal. Standard projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon successful deployment. Subscriptions for managed services or API usage (if applicable) are billed on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bhayani Innovations and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
